$480 in 4 hours

So, this is my first post of many and I look forward to showing everyday people how they can make money using Craigslist. I've never posted a blog before in my life so I look forward to seeing how this will go. I'll try not to ramble, but I want to get as much information to you that I can to help you make money on Craigslist. I'll refer to my book that you can find online in it's Ebook format (Craigslist Hustle by LaJuan S. Diggs). I am also in the process of uploading Youtube videos showing my day to day operations and how I make money on Craigslist.

In short (more details in my book if interested), I was laid off in 2008 with unemployment running out and no job in site I didn't have any clue as to what I was going to do next. Married with 3 school age children and a hungry dog, I needed a hustle. Well, overtime I was able to find my hustle of buying and reselling washers and dryers on Craigslist. Yes, you're able to buy and resell the same washer and dryer in the same day for profit on Craigslist. Not only washers and dryers, but furniture, electronics, etc. For me, washers and dryers are the easiest and quickest profit.

Well, this past Saturday I was up at 7:30ish and online viewing Craigstlist around 8:00 a.m. This first set I came across was for $100. A couple upgraded to a newer front loader set and they were selling their older set for $100. Nothing was wrong with the set, but they wanted to make a little money off of it instead of giving it to the delivery men. I picked up that set, posted it back on C.L. for $280. At the time when I was posting this set another set came available for $120 due to a couple was moving and their new home had a set. I was quick on the call (you'll learn step by step details in my book on how to secure a purchase) and was able to pick this set up within the hour. By the time I picked it up and was in route back home I had a call for my first set from someone who wanted to buy the set. I set up a time and they were on their way to pick up the set. Well, believe it or not (videos of 2/26/11 will be posted on Youtube showing all of this when it happened) when I got back home to advertise this $120 set online, another set came available. It was a set for $200 which is $50 over my budget for most washers and dryers, but this was a newer set worth over $1000 new. I was the first response to the advertisement and the guy called me back about 30 mins after getting my email. I was able to get this set and sell it the same day for $350. The set that I bought for $120 sold for $300 the next day. I bought all three sets within 4 hours and had them back on Craigslist the same day and sold all three within 24 hours. This is normal for me and people are amazed and asked "How do you sell the same set back on Craigslist?" When you check out the Youtube videos that I will post I will give you tips here and there, but my book breaks it down step by step. I could have easily purchased 2-3 more sets and made an extra $300-$400, but it was my anniversary and I had a date with my wife of 11 years.
